Choosing to share your heart and soul with a stranger is difficult and takes courage. Individual counseling gives you a safe place to express yourself in a caring, nonjudgement environment.

Services in the comfort of your own home or another private location . Services can be on your private computer or another electronic device. Counseling services available in VA only.

All families have challenging  times. Single, blended, foster, adopted, non-traditional, and traditional families, may need  a neutral person to help them sort things out. Family therapy provides a safe place for family members to speak their truth with support.

Relationship counseling is for  two or more people struggling with conflict, communication issues or  discovering what healthy relationships look like. This can be a marriage, dating or friendship.
