About Me

My name is Karen Rollins. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. "I have  10 years working with individuals  and families (6 and up)". I believe to have change in a family you must work with the entire family.  This means allowing each member to speak their truth. As individuals change, families change, and  eventually communities change.  Everyone belongs to a family, whether acknowledged or not.  Healing occurs at the individual level and includes your  mental, physical, emotional, spiritual, and financial state. Whatever we cannot accomplish together, then we will work to identify resources that can. I am not the expert of your life, you are.
